A verified transaction cannot be canceled once it has been confirmed. crickpro may, in its sole and absolute discretion, permit a Player to terminate a transaction and receive a refund under the following conditions:

• The participant may cancel such a payment by sending an email to crickpro from their registered email address or by calling crickpro.
• crickpro is not obligated to refund any amount paid to participate in the paid versions of the Contests after this date. If a cancellation request is received at least 2 days prior to the start of the round for which payment has been made, the payment will not be refunded.
• A refund may be issued to the participant by crickpro, at its sole and absolute discretion, after deducting any applicable fees for cancellation and taxes. At the time of the transaction, players may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions, which shall also regulate the transaction. Whenever the additional terms and conditions include a provision that contradicts the present terms and conditions, the further terms and conditions will take precedence.
• The same mode/financial instrument is utilized to execute refunds and deposits.
• The internal review team may require between 5 and 7 business days to process a refund.
• The Income Tax Act of 1961 stipulates that all profits are subject to tax deductions ("TDS"). TDS certificates will be issued to the recipients to document these tax deductions. The Winners are responsible for paying all other applicable taxes, including but not limited to income taxes, gift taxes, etc.
• crickpro retains the right to alter these terms and conditions without prior notice.
